Just so you know, honestly: phone is not a standard support channel for us. With more than 15,000 customers, we couldn’t handle phone support without stopping the development of ThemeWare® – and it is exactly this ongoing development that keeps your store compatible and up to date. So most things are solved fastest and most reliably via ticket.

A callback makes sense when your request genuinely cannot be solved via ticket – or is simply quicker by phone. And don’t worry: if we notice during a ticket that a short call would help, we’ll reach out ourselves (as long as we have your contact details).
